Terms & Conditions of Use – Super 9 Malaysia Platform

1.Introduction

Super 9 ("we", "the platform", or "Super 9") is an online entertainment platform offering casino games, slots, Sports Betting, and a variety of table games to users in Malaysia. The platform is operated by a licensed entity in full compliance with applicable regulations and laws.

These Terms & Conditions are effective from 1 January 2026 and applies to all registered Super 9 members without exception. Any use of the platform after this date constitutes your acceptance of all terms stated herein.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you are advised not to use the Super 9 platform. For any enquiries, please reach our support team via live chat or email at support@super9.my.

2.Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the Super 9 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Aged 18 years of age and above on the date of registration.
• A Malaysian citizen or permanent resident currently residing in Malaysia.
• Never previously banned or suspended by Super 9.
• Not registering on behalf of a third party or business entity.
• Legally eligible to participate in betting activities under the local laws applicable to you.

Super 9 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a national identity card (MyKad), passport, or other valid documents to confirm your eligibility. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3.User Account

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) Super 9 account only. Holding more than one account ("multi-accounting") is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of all funds and bonuses.

You are solely responsible for:

• The confidentiality of your account login credentials and password.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Ensuring that all personal information provided is accurate, current, and complete.
• Updating your account information whenever any changes occur.

Super 9 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact Super 9 support immediately.

Transferring an account to another party, whether temporarily or permanently, is prohibited. Super 9 reserves the right to close any account found to have been transferred or shared without prior notice.

4.Deposits & Withdrawals

Super 9 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods:

• FPX – Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now, Hong Leong Connect, Public Bank PBe

Deposit Limit: The minimum deposit is RM20 per transaction. No maximum deposit limit is set for standard accounts; however, accounts may be subject to limits based on the level of identity verification completed.

Withdrawal Limit: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per request. The maximum daily withdrawal limit is RM50,000 for standard accounts. VIP members enjoy higher withdrawal limits based on their membership tier.

All withdrawal requests will be processed within 1 to 3 business hours after verification. Super 9 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving any withdrawal for compliance and security purposes. Funds identified as proceeds of fraudulent activity or money laundering will be forfeited and reported to the relevant authorities.

5.Bonus & Promotion Terms

Super 9 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including a Welcome Bonus, reload bonuses, weekly rebates, and exclusive VIP member offers. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Wagering Requirement: Every bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements vary by bonus type and will be clearly stated in the relevant bonus terms.
• Validity Period: Bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus not used within the stipulated period will expire automatically with no compensation provided.
• Maximum Bet Limit: While a bonus is active, the maximum bet per round or hand is RM20 unless otherwise stated in the relevant bonus terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus is permitted at a time. You must complete or cancel your current bonus before claiming a new one.
• Bonus Abuse Prohibition: Any attempt to abuse the Super 9 bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, hedging bets, or coordinating with other players — is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

Super 9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Super 9's decisions regarding bonus disputes are final and binding.

6.Game Rules

Super 9 offers a wide range of game categories, including video slots, live casino, table games (blackjack, baccarat, roulette), progressive jackpots, and Sports Betting covering Malaysia Super League football, EPL, badminton, and e-sports. Each game category has its own rules, which can be found in the relevant game help section.

• All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been independently audited and certified fair.
• For Live Casino games, the outcome announced by the dealer is final.
• For Sports Betting, the odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the applicable price. Any change in odds after a bet has been accepted will not affect existing bets.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, Super 9 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the bet to the player.
• Bets placed after the official close of a sporting event will not be accepted and will be automatically voided.

7.Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited on the Super 9 platform and may result in account suspension or closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:

• Fraud: Any attempt to defraud Super 9 or other players by any means.
• Money Laundering: Using the Super 9 platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any technology that provides an unfair advantage in gameplay.
• Bonus Abuse: Opening multiple accounts or employing any other strategy intended to abuse the Super 9 bonus system.
• System Manipulation: Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or manipulate the systems, software, or security of the Super 9 platform.
• Multiple Accounts: Owning, operating, or using more than one Super 9 account at the same time.
• Information Disclosure: Sharing your login credentials or allowing others to access your account.

8.Liability Limit

Super 9 is not liable for any losses arising from:

• Internet service disruptions or technical issues beyond Super 9's control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence.
• Betting or game decisions made by you personally.
• Transaction processing delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers.
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of the Super 9 platform.

Super 9's total liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited in the 30 days preceding the date on which the liability claim arises. Super 9 provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no warranties regarding its suitability for any particular purpose.

9.Account Closure

Super 9 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time with or without prior notice if:

• A member breaches any term under these Terms & Conditions.
• The member is involved in fraudulent or illegal activity.
• The member provided false information during registration or identity verification.
• Super 9 is required to do so for legal compliance purposes or by order of the relevant authorities.

You may also voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting Super 9 customer support. Prior to closure, any valid remaining balance will be returned to you upon completion of review, within 5 business days. Any bonus balance that has not met the wagering requirements is not eligible for withdrawal upon account closure.

In the interest of responsible gambling, you may apply for a temporary or permanent self-exclusion through your account settings. Once permanent self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed.

10.Terms Amendments & Governing Law

Super 9 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Any amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the Super 9 platform. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms & Conditions periodically.

Notification of material amendments will be sent to your registered email address or via in-platform notification at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect. Continued use of the Super 9 platform after any amendment comes into effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall first be resolved through negotiation between both parties. Should negotiation fail, the dispute shall be referred to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
