The minimum deposit at Super 9 is RM30 for e-wallet methods (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay) and RM50 for FPX or DuitNow. The maximum daily deposit limit depends on your account tier — regular members can deposit up to RM10,000 per day, while Platinum VIP members can deposit up to RM50,000 per day.

Deposit via DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay and Boost processed instantly — funds are credited within seconds. Deposits via FPX or bank transfer typically takes 3 to 10 minutes. If your deposit hasn't been credited after 15 minutes, save your transaction proof and contact our live chat support immediately.

Log in to your account and go to Wallet > Withdrawal. Select your withdrawal method (DuitNow, bank transfer, or e-wallet), enter the amount you wish to withdraw, and confirm the request. Make sure the name on your bank account or e-wallet matches the name registered with Super 9. The minimum withdrawal is RM50.

Withdrawal to DuitNow and e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay) are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals to a bank account via standard transfer take 1 to 3 hours on business days. Bonuses & Promotions

Super 9 offers welcome bonus up to RM588 for new members. This bonus is split across your first, second, and third deposits. To receive the full bonus, deposit a minimum of RM50 for each qualifying deposit and claim the bonus via the promotions page in your account.

The wagering requirement (rollover) for the Super 9 welcome bonus is 20x the bonus amount for slots and casino games, and 5x for Sports Betting. For example, if you receive a RM100 bonus for slots, you need to place bets totalling RM2,000 before you can withdraw the bonus amount. This requirement must be met within 14 days from the date the bonus is credited.

Super 9 daily rebate up to 1.2% calculated automatically based on your total wagers from the previous day. Rebate credits are added to your account daily at midnight. You can check and claim your rebate through the Promotions > Daily Rebate in your account. No additional wagering requirements apply to the daily rebate.

Bonus usage depends on the type of bonus received. Slots bonus can only be used on slots and jackpot games. Casino bonus can be used on table games such as blackjack, baccarat, and roulette. Sports bonus are only valid for Sports Betting markets. Check the terms of each promotion to confirm eligible games before using it.

Negative odds (e.g. -1.10) mean you need to wager RM1.10 to win RM1. You can switch the odds format to Decimal or Hong Kong Odds in your betting page settings.

In general, confirmed bets cannot be reversed. However, Super 9 offers a Cash Out for certain bets, allowing you to withdraw part or all of your winnings before the match ends. The cash out value changes as the match progresses. Check your bet details to see whether the cash out option is available.
